1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sizie website, iOS app, and Android app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Sizie provides AI-assisted body measurements, skin-tone analysis, and size recommendations for clothing, accessories, and cosmetics. Sizie is a sizing tool only — measurements are estimates and are not medical, health, or diagnostic advice. Always follow manufacturer size guidance where critical fit is required.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Sizie offers Free, Premium (£4.99/mo), and Pro (£9.99/mo) plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

• Web: billed via Stripe.
• iOS app: billed via Apple's App Store / Apple handles refunds and billing.
• Android app: billed via Google Play / Google handles refunds and billing.

You can cancel anytime. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the applicable store's refund policy; where Stripe is used, refunds are at our discretion and processed to the original payment method.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its AI models.
• Share your account or resell access to the Service.
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Brand partners & retailers

Retailers and fashion brands using the Sizie Partner Programme agree to provide accurate product and size-chart data and to comply with the commission terms agreed at registration. Sizie may suspend partner accounts that breach these Terms or provide misleading data.

7. Intellectual property

Sizie, the Sizie logo, TrueFit™, and all related marks are the property of Sizie Ltd. You retain ownership of photos you upload and grant Sizie a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI measurements and recommendations are estimates and may be inaccurate. Sizie is not liable for purchases that do not fit, return costs, or decisions made based on Sizie recommendations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sizie's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
