1. Who we are

Sizie ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered size intelligence platform operated by Sizie Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Sizie website, iOS app, or Android app (collectively, the "Service").

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and authentication details when you register or sign in.
• Profile data: gender, date of birth, height, and other details you choose to provide.
• Body & skin measurements: measurements and skin-tone estimates derived from photos you upload or capture through our AI scan features.
• Photos: images you upload for AI Body Scan, TrueFit™, Clothing-Based Measurement, accessory measurement, and skin-tone analysis.
• Payment data: subscription plan and billing status. Card details are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) and Apple/Google in-app billing — we never store full card numbers.
• Usage data: device type, platform, app interactions, and analytics events that help us improve the Service.

3. How we use your data

• To provide size recommendations, fit predictions, and cosmetic matching.
• To operate and maintain your account, subscription, and measurement history.
• To improve our AI models and recommendation accuracy (using aggregated and anonymised data where possible).
• To send service notices, billing receipts, and (with consent) product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Photos and biometric data

Photos you submit for AI measurement are used solely to generate your measurements and are not used to identify you. Uploaded images may be retained for a limited period to allow you to re-view results, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting info@sizie.uk.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors who help us operate the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing, AI inference), under contracts that require confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Brand partners receive only aggregated, anonymised analytics — never your individual measurements.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO or your local data protection authority.

8. Children's privacy

Sizie is not directed at children under 16. Pro plan users may create family/child profiles for measurement purposes only, and processing for under-16s is carried out with parental consent.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure GDPR-level protection.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security reviews. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry standards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
